Order Cancellations 

Cancellations of an order or a change to it can be made under conditions and if it has not been finalized, that means the order has not been taken into account in a production that has been locked with advance payment. 

Returns 

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted. 
• Returns for damage caused by non-cooperating shipping companies are not accepted.  
• Returns are accepted for products that company is responsible for the shipping error.     
• Returns are accepted from damages caused to the products during their transport companies as long as the receipt is refused at the same time.
